Yep, another city, another cemetery. This one can’t even come close to the amazing Monumental Cemetery in Milan, but it’s definitely worth a visit.
It was one of the busier cemeteries I’ve visited, probably due to the handful of notable people who are buried here.
Based on the crowds, the one everyone wanted to see was Jim Morrison’s grave.
There’s also Oscar Wilde (and apparently kissing his grave is a thing, which just seems unsanitary):
Claude Chabrol (whose grave is extremely minimalist):

And a bunch more.
My favourite of the bunch? This one, which features a statue of (I assume) the deceased busting out of his own grave. If a cooler grave exists, I’d like to see it.
I wouldn’t say this is a must-visit in Paris (unless you’re a really big fan of one of the famous people buried here), but it’s definitely worth checking out.
