After eating a tasty plate of noodles at Koon Kee Wan Tan Mee, I couldn’t help but notice the vendor selling tasty looking peanut pancakes in front of the restaurant.

I like peanuts.  I like pancakes.  Trying this out was a no-brainer.

I mean, look at it.  Of course it was good.  It was slightly crispy on the outside, fluffy and a bit chewy on the inside, and had a generous amount of tasty peanut filling.  I though it might be too sweet, but it was actually pretty restrained in that regard.  The peanut mixture was fairly sweet, but not the pancake itself.  It worked quite well.

How to find it: The address above is actually for the noodle joint, but the pancake stand is easier to spot.  Just look for the pile of tasty-looking pancakes, cut into slices.
